For small primary care & geriatric practices

Billing tools I built at my own front desk.

I'm a practice manager. These are the checklists, cheat sheets and guides I made because I needed them, written in plain English and checked against CMS sources. No fluff, no patient data, no consultant pricing.

A note from me

Hi, I'm Jenny. I run the business side of a small primary care practice that sees a lot of older patients. Billing, front desk, credentialing, the HIPAA binder, the phone call about the bill. All of it ends up on my desk.

What finally got me was watching our providers and nurses do real work, the wellness visits, the advance care planning talks, the calls after a hospital discharge, and then seeing it never make it onto a claim. Not because anyone was careless. Because the rules are scattered across a dozen CMS pages and nobody has time to read them between patients.

So I started writing it down. One page for this, a checklist for that, a spreadsheet to see where we were missing things. That pile became these guides. I sell them for what a small office can actually afford, and if one doesn't help you, I'll give your money back.

The Medicare Missed-Revenue Kit

If you only get one thing from me, get this. It's a 15-page guide to the Medicare services small practices most often do and don't bill: AWV, advance care planning, CCM, PCM, APCM, RPM, TCM and G2211, with 2026 national rates from the CMS fee schedule.

It comes with an Excel self-audit. You type in counts from your billing reports (no patient names, ever) and it estimates what you may be leaving unbilled across 17 services.

  • 15-page CY2026 guide: who qualifies, how often, what to document, common denials
  • Excel self-audit workbook, no macros, works in Google Sheets too
  • 1-page quick reference of 7 commonly missed codes
The Excel self-audit dashboard, showing estimated missed revenue by service using sample data

The workbook's dashboard, filled in with the sample practice that ships in the file. Your numbers will be different.
