Your download link is on the Payhip receipt email. Can't find it, or the link expired? Email me the address you used at checkout and I'll resend it.
File problems or double charges
If a file won't open, is corrupted, or you were charged twice, email me and I'll sort it out. See the download policy.
Practice or group licenses
Each purchase covers one practice. If you run a billing company or a multi-practice group, email me and we'll work something out.
Corrections
Rules change. If you spot something out of date or wrong, please tell me and I'll fix it in the next edition.
Please don't email me patient information. I can't help with individual patient claims, and I don't want PHI in my inbox.
