FAQ

Questions people ask me

Who makes these?

I do. I'm Jenny Chhabra, a practice manager at a small primary care practice. More about me.

What do I actually get?

A .zip file with PDFs and, for most guides, editable Word templates. The Medicare kit also has an Excel workbook. Each product page lists the exact file names and page counts.

How do I download?

Right after checkout, Payhip shows a download link and emails you one too. Download on a computer so you can unzip the file. Lost the email? Write to me and I'll resend it.

Can I edit the files?

The Word templates, yes: add your practice name, change wording, fill them in. They open in Microsoft Word, Google Docs and LibreOffice. The PDFs are print-ready.

Can I share with my staff?

Yes, within your own practice. Staff guides are licensed to one practice. Patient handouts can be printed in unlimited copies for your own patients at all of your locations. Please don't resell, share with other practices or post the files online.

Is this affiliated with CMS or Medicare?

No. I'm independent. The guides summarize public CMS material, and the staff guides and Medicare kit cite their sources. Not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, HHS, the AMA, X12 or any payer.

Is this legal, coding or billing advice?

No. Everything here is educational. Rules change and vary by Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC), state and payer. Confirm with your MAC and official CMS publications before you change how you bill.

Were these written with AI?

I use AI tools to help with drafting and layout. I check the content against official sources, and the staff guides and Medicare kit list those sources.

Do I need to enter patient data anywhere?

No. Nothing I sell asks for PHI. The Medicare workbook uses totals only. All examples are fictional.

Why does checkout say Plainchart Guides?

That's the name I started under. I'm moving to Clinic Revenue Guides, and checkout and some files still show the old name while I switch over. Same person, same files.

Can I get a refund?

These are instant digital downloads, so sales are final. If a file won't open, is corrupted, or you were charged twice, email me and I'll fix it or make it right. Download policy.

Are these on Amazon?

Book editions of the Medicare guide (Kindle and paperback) and the AI-assisted billing guide (Kindle) are in Amazon's review. I'll link them here once they're live. The Excel workbook only comes with the kit sold here.
